People ask me every day where our business name comes from.My name is Pam and for 20+ years I babysat, worked as a nanny and taught preschool. The youngest couldn’t always say their “P’s” so when they wanted to say Pammie it came out Mamie instead. It’s been my treasured nickname for years.2010 we began our journey into making English Almond Toffee to save our home. My husband lost his job due to health problems and economy. Over the last few years setting up tents, fighting weather and broken tents. We bought a bus and converted it to a mobile store and concessions.
