The Dirty Bird 815 opened in June of 2020 during the midst of the pandemic as a family owned and operated food truck. After being open just one month, our chicken strips were voted the BEST chicken in DeKalb County. In October of 2020, we opened a brick-and-mortar location in our hometown of Sycamore. We now operate the Chicken Joint and two food trucks. Our schedule is booked up on weekends for the rest of the 2022 season, so follow us for locations and updates.
